Job Description

Physical Therapist Supervisor Salary:
$95,000-$105,000 annually (based on experience)
Preferred Qualifications:
Orthopedics, Vestibular rehabilitation experience is a plus. One on one friendly work environment. Excellent team support. Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support a team of physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and rehabilitation staff.
  • Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient workflow.
  • Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and other physical impairments.
  • Provide direct patient care as needed, including evaluations, treatments, and re-evaluations.
  • Mentor staff through coaching, training, performance evaluations, and professional development activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, accreditation, and organizational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor clinical outcomes, productivity, documentation accuracy, and patient satisfaction metrics.
  • Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Assist with scheduling, staffing, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and implement best practices in rehabilitation services.
  • Support program development and growth opportunities, including vestibular rehabilitation services when applicable.
  • Address patient concerns and resolve clinical or operational issues in a timely manner. Qualifications
  • Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical physical therapy experience.
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and team leadership skills.
  • Experience in vestibular rehabilitation preferred but not required.
