  • 17 PT's on staff (F/T and PRN staff) Type of staff: Day Shift
  • Staffed to support patient care needs Night Shift

  • 4 patients/day (IRF) 8-12 patients/day (acute care) Type of equipment

  • Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Willingness to work on IRF unit Critical thinking/clinical reasoning Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Hospital/IRF experience (highly preferred) Stroke/neuro experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Evaluation, treatment, discharge Team conferences, family training Adaptive devices and equipment Best personality
