• Outpatient Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• + Evaluates and develops specific treatment programs for individual patients/residents based on their needs and in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy.

+ Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to improve functional outcomes. + Provide one-on-one, patient-centered therapy in an outpatient setting. + Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards. + Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. + Contribute to program development for neuro-focused services, including vestibular or balance training, gait rehabilitation, or cognitive-motor integration. + Participate in continuing education and staff training related to neuro rehab. + Responsible for providing the appropriate level of clinical direction for Physical Therapy Assistants, Rehabilitation Technicians, Massage Therapists, Athletic Trainers, Fitness Specialists, Physical Therapy and Physical Therapy Assistant students and volunteers. + Team members with temporary permits must work under the direct supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist that has been licensed for a minimum of six months. A supervising licensed Physical Therapist may only supervise one permittee at any given time.

• Certifications and Licensures
• : + Required BLS (Basic Life Support) + Required PT (Physical Therapy) + Or PT (Physical Therapy) Eligible to obtain + Or PT (Physical Therapy) Temporary and licensure within 6 months

• Requirements:

• + Required Bachelor's Physical Therapy + Preferred Master's Physical Therapy + Preferred Doctorate's Physical Therapy + Preferred 1-year Physical Therapist
