Job Overview:
As a Physical Therapist at Trust Physical Therapy, you will play a crucial role in assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitative programs to help patients recover from injuries or illnesses. You will work closely with patients to restore movement and alleviate pain while promoting overall health and wellness.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve mobility, strength, and range of motion
  • Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for continued improvement at home
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document all interactions accurately
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Stay current on advancements in physical therapy techniques and technologies
Qualifications:
  • DPT degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • In-depth knowledge of outpatient physical therapy practices
  • Experience in providing care in outpatient facility is preferred
  • Manual Therapy experience
