It is also home to our growing pediatric therapy program , where Physical Therapists play a vital role in helping children develop strength, mobility, and independence through evidence-based, family-centered care.

High-quality early childhood education and care for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years, fostering growth in a safe, nurturing environment A Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) program for children ages 4 and up, focused on preparing young learners for school success Pediatric therapy services , including physical therapy, where clinicians help children build essential motor skills, improve mobility, and achieve developmental milestones Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy , providing individualized support for children with autism and related needs In addition, our Daytona campus proudly serves as an approved provider for both School Readiness and Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) education, further expanding access to high-quality early learning across the communities we serve. As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will be an essential part of this mission, helping children gain the skills they need to thrive at home, in school, and in their community. Key Responsibilities In this role, you'll have the opportunity to positively shape the lives of children while working closely with families and a multidisciplinary team. Conduct comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations for pediatric clients Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Track progress through timely documentation using EMR systems Set and achieve meaningful goals outlined in each Plan of Care Manage your caseload effectively while mentoring and supervising PTA(s) Collaborate with families, schools, early intervention programs, and care teams Empower families through education and support What we offer: Ongoing Professional Development opportunities (live + on-demand) Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans Generous paid time off (Holidays, Vacation, Sick, and Personal Time) Employee Assistance Program for additional support Access to several Supplemental Insurance Policies 403(b) Retiring Savings Plan Easterseals Cares Wellness Program Strong focus on work-life balance Meaningful work with the chance to make a lasting community impact Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred) Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Florida Medicaid and National Provider Number (preferred) Previous pediatric experience (preferred•but passion for working with children is key!)
