Category Therapy - Skilled - PT Job Type Contract A rewarding opportunity awaits for a Part-time Physical Therapist to support an outpatient pediatric clinic near Daytona Beach. This contract position is ideal for professionals eager to make a difference in children's lives while enjoying a balanced work schedule. Beginning in August, you'll work 2-3 days each week, providing skilled PT services primarily focused on evaluations and re-evaluations.
Qualifications:
Valid Physical Therapist license in Florida Experience or strong interest in pediatric outpatient settings Proficiency in conducting thorough evaluations and re-evaluations Solid clinical judgment, effective communication, and organizational skills Ability to collaborate with a diverse healthcare team and contribute positively to a child-centric atmosphere
Key Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive evaluations and regular re-evaluations as the main focus of your caseload Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to pediatric clients Maintain clear, accurate documentation and progress reports Work closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members to optimize outcomes for each child Remain current on best practices in pediatric physical therapy This role offers a stable part-time schedule—perfect for balancing work and life while still making a significant impact within the clinic.
