Part-Time that converts in full time About Us Movement Haus, a Sports Performance Physical Therapy, is a results-driven clinic focused on helping athletes and active individuals recover from injury, optimize performance, and return stronger. We specialize in a 1-on-1 care model , combining manual therapy, performance training, and evidence-based rehabilitation. Who We're Looking For We are seeking a highly motivated Physical Therapist who thrives in a performance-based environment and enjoys working with an active, athletic population . This is NOT a high-volume clinic — we prioritize quality over quantity , allowing you to deliver exceptional care and build meaningful client relationships. What You'll Do Provide 1-on-1 physical therapy sessions (no double booking) Treat 6-7 patients per day Utilize strong manual therapy techniques Develop individualized rehab and performance programs Work with athletes and active individuals across all levels Collaborate within a performance-driven environment Qualifications Active Florida Physical Therapy License (required) Strong background in manual therapy Interest or experience in sports / athletic population Passion for movement, performance, and return-to-sport rehab At least 1-2 years of experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Dry Needling certification, CSCS, ATC (preferred, not required) What Makes This Role Different True 1-on-1 treatment model Low daily patient load ( 6-7 ) Performance-focused environment (not insurance mill) Opportunity to grow within a sports performance brand Work with motivated, active clients—not passive patients Compensation & Growth Opportunities for growth, mentorship, and specialization Potential for performance-based incentives (optional to add) Who This Is Perfect For Therapists who are tired of high-volume clinics Clinicians who value hands-on care and movement-based rehab Professionals who want to work with athletes and active adults Self-driven individuals looking to grow within a modern PT model How to Apply Send your resume and a short introduction about your background and clinical approach to
