Job Description
Job Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a dedicated Physical Therapist and a Physical Therapist Assistant, where you will play a vital role in restoring mobility, reducing pain, and improving the quality of life for patients across diverse settings. In this energetic and rewarding position, you will assess patient needs, develop personalized care plans, and implement evidence-based physiotherapy techniques to promote recovery and independence. Your expertise will guide patients through their rehabilitation journey. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working within a collaborative and supportive team. Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions, including physiology and anatomy knowledge, to determine appropriate treatment strategies Develop and implement individualized care plans that incorporate various physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy and orthopedic interventions Provide hands-on therapy sessions focusing on patient care in inpatient, outpatient, hospital, or home health settings Educate patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention, and recovery processes to support ongoing health and wellness Maintain accurate documentation of treatment progress using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and ensure compliance with medical terminology standards Requirements Valid licensure or certification as a licensed Physical Therapist in the relevant jurisdiction Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology Excellent patient care skills with the ability to motivate and support individuals through their recovery process Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams Bilingual is a plus Traveling between 3 locations when needed
