Floating Full-time Physical Therapist
  • Senior Living Community Naples & Ft Myers, FL Solaris Rehab is South Florida's trusted provider of rehabilitation and wellness services.
We're looking for a compassionate, relationship‑driven full-time Physical Therapist to support residents in our premier Assisted Living/Independent Living communities in the Naples and Fort Myers, FL areas. This is a floating position supporting two communities within a 10-mile radius , offering the opportunity to build strong relationships with residents and care teams across both locations.   • Perform comprehensive evaluations of residents' functional status, including mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and activities of daily living (ADL) performance
  • Identify impairments, functional limitations, and safety risks to establish appropriate clinical impressions and care plans
  • Implement fall prevention strategies and therapeutic programs aimed at reducing risk, maintaining function, and preventing decline
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards
