Travel assignment; schedule details will be provided upon interviewDesired Qualifications:
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program Current, active Physical Therapy license in the state, or eligibility to obtain Strong evaluation, assessment, and clinical reasoning skills Experience in hospital or outpatient therapy settings is preferred Excellent communication and documentation abilities Adherence to state, federal, and organizational regulationsKey Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive evaluations for assigned patients and develop customized treatment plans Modify and implement therapy interventions based on patient progress and goals, under physician direction Direct and delegate specific therapy services, promoting effective care transitions Document care, goals, and outcomes accurately and promptly in accordance with policy and compliance guidelines Foster education among patients, families, teammates, and students, contributing to a culture of safety and excellence Uphold high personal and professional standards, confidentiality, and compliance with codes of conduct Proactively participate in professional development, quality improvement, and student mentorshipBenefits & Perks:
