Pediatric Physical Therapist
DPT, OT, SLP
( $45-$55+ hrly!) Leading out-patient Group is searching for an experienced Pediatric Physical Therapist ( PT ), Occupational Therapist ( OT ) and Speech Language Pathologist ( SLP )! in and near Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Work flexible schedule. No call! $45 -$55 PLUS an hour!!! Part-time or Full-time! Also hiring
PTA, COTA & SLPA
for $35 - $40 hourly! Therapists must be a highly enthusiastic, professional, compassionate therapist who loves to help pediatric patients rehabilitate from various surgeries, injuries, and conditions! Our therapists create a fun and nurturing therapy experience for children to help them achieve the greatest functional potential. We provide the most affective function-centered pediatric care therapies! This is your chance to make a difference with meaningful work!
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT), OT, SLP Participate in the development and periodic revision of the plan of care Schedules, plans activities and provides rehabilitative services for occupational therapy Records type of treatment and patient's reaction to it on clinical/progress notes, which are written on the day of the visit and incorporated in the patient's record weekly. Maintains adequate records on all patient's, including summary reports- Utilizes community resources and Agency personnel for proper referral- Selects and administers diagnostic and therapeutic techniques and materials Instructs and counsels other health team personnel and family members in methods of assisting patient in improving, correcting, and accepting his/her disabilities Participates in staff development activities and in-service education as requested
Education & Experience:
Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT), OT, SLP Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Language Pathology from an Accredited Program Current state PT, OT or SLP license Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership qualities
