• Perform comprehensive evaluations of residents' functional status, including mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and activities of daily living (ADL) performance
• Identify impairments, functional limitations, and safety risks to establish appropriate clinical impressions and care plans
• Implement fall prevention strategies and therapeutic programs aimed at reducing risk, maintaining function, and preventing decline
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards
