Monday-Friday Compensation:
Starting at $80,000+ (based on experience)

$10,000 sign-on bonus + $350/month student loan support Select Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time Center Manager in Training role in Kenneth City. This is a great opportunity for PTs with 2+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience who are ready to take the next step into leadership. You'll treat a diverse patient population while learning to manage clinic operations, mentor staff, and drive clinical excellence. Responsibilities Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes Help grow and manage our center's physician relationships and patient portfolios Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs) Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities Qualifications Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy Minimum 2 years outpatient orthopedic experience. Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start CPR Certification Additional Data Structured mentorship, accredited ortho residency, and clinical advancement programs available.
