Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to achieve their rehabilitation goals Conduct physical therapy sessions, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function Monitor patients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and develop plans for discharge

Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program Current Florida Physical Therapy license Minimum of 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply!) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
