Monday-Friday Salary:
Starting at $77,000+ annually. Starting salary based on experience
Incentives:
$20,000 sign‑on bonus and $350/month ongoing student loan repayment Select Physical Therapy in Lake Wales, FL is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative clinical team treating a diverse patient population with specialties including vestibular rehabilitation, sports medicine, and fall prevention. You will work collaboratively with a team consisting of 1.25 Physical Therapists and 1 PTA in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. Both new graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager Qualifications Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school Valid State Physical Therapist License CPR certification
