Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment (specific shift details provided upon interview)
Key Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Implement, assess, and modify therapy programs to achieve optimal patient outcomes and a safe return to community activities Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services as assigned Educate patients, families, colleagues, and students while promoting a positive learning environment Uphold personal and professional standards, complying with all regulatory guidelines, ethical codes, and safety protocols Document all medical information and progress with accuracy and timeliness Actively contribute to and follow through on clinic performance improvement initiatives
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist Prior hospital or outpatient experience preferred Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and collaboration skills Commitment to patient and employee safety Willingness to mentor and participate in professional development activities
