Full Job Description Physical Therapist:

We are looking for a Physical Therapist that enjoys working with children and has the patience, flexibility, resourcefulness, creativity, and imagination to adapt activities to fit the unique requirements of each child's special needs. In order to communicate with children, families, and team members, the pediatric physical therapist must have excellent interpersonal skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating and administering rehabilitative physical therapy treatment to children ages 0-21 years, with various sensory-motor, neurological, musculoskeletal, genetic, cardio-pulmonary, and developmental impairments. Evaluations may include the use of standardized and/or non-standardized assessment tools, following the referring physician recommendations, company policy, and insurance requirements.

One Location Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Medicaid Provider Number
• Hold a current license as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida
• Have a minimum of 1 year experience working with pediatric patients
• Healthcare Provider CPR certification

Physical Demands:

• Heavy caseload of patients
• Standing and walking during work shifts
• Lifting and transferring of patients
• Carrying and lifting of equipment
• Sitting at desk
• Able to lift 50 pounds and more.

Pay:

• Starting rate 40-50$ per hour (Based on experience) Benefits (Full-Time):
