Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred. Demonstrated competency with common SNF documentation and reimbursement processes preferred. Preferred Qualifications Prior travel therapy experience preferred. Experience with restorative programs and fall prevention preferred.

Assignment Details Shift Hours:

0800-1630.

Work Days:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.

Meal break:

30 minutes.

Guaranteed hours:

35 per week.

You will support patients through rehabilitative programs, contribute to interdisciplinary team planning, and document skilled services according to facility and payer requirements.
