Job Description

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join as a traveling Physical Therapist where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing work in Hialeah, FL at a skilled nursing facility. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred. Demonstrated competency with common SNF documentation and reimbursement processes preferred. Preferred Qualifications Prior travel therapy experience preferred. Experience with restorative programs and fall prevention preferred.
Assignment Details Shift Hours:
0800-1630.
Work Days:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
Meal break:
30 minutes.
Guaranteed hours:
35 per week.

Impacting Patient Care Nationwide Join as a travel Physical Therapist to provide direct patient care in skilled nursing settings. You will support patients through rehabilitative programs, contribute to interdisciplinary team planning, and document skilled services according to facility and payer requirements. This role supports continuity of care for medically complex and post-acute populations. Location Highlights Hialeah, FL offers a convenient urban-suburban location near Miami with access to recreational and cultural attractions. The city is approximately 10 miles North West of downtown Miami and near the Miami International Airport, providing regional transit options and short commute times to beaches such as Miami Beach. Nearby attractions include Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden and Oleta River State Park, both within a 20-30 minute drive, offering outdoor recreation, kayaking, and nature trails.
