With a large inpatient rehab facility and acute care environment, you'll gain hands-on experience collaborating with a diverse, multidisciplinary team, allowing you to hone your skills, learn new workplace techniques, and broaden your clinical perspective. Exposure to leadership styles and different documentation systems will provide a valuable edge for your resume.

Qualifications:
Current BLS certification required Licensed Physical Therapist with prior hospital or acute care experience Strong evaluation and treatment skills, including vestibular and lymphedema treatment Adaptable to fast-paced and evolving clinical environments Positive team player with excellent interpersonal skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations and follow-up treatment sessions for diverse rehab populations Provide patient-centered care utilizing modern rehab equipment and technology Document care efficiently using Meditech and NetHealth (ReDoc) platforms Collaborate closely with PT, OT, and ST colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans Adapt to varying patient ratios and workflows in both inpatient and outpatient rehab settings
