Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment, days and hours will vary according to facility needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
Valid Physical Therapy license as required by the state of Florida Experience in an acute hospital or rehabilitation setting preferred Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and organizational skills Commitment to safety, compliance, and ethical standards Excellent communication; ability to educate patients, families, and peers
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and design functional, effective treatment plans Modify interventions per patient needs and physician directives Delegate and direct appropriate therapy services to patients Ensure timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulations Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to overcome discharge barriers Educate and support patients, families, students, and colleagues Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in advocacy activities
