Key Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapy (PT) license for the state of Florida Hospital therapy experience required Excellent communication and documentation skills Strong team collaboration abilities Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and protocols

Primary Responsibilities:

Complete comprehensive patient assessments and design individualized therapy plans Implement effective therapeutic interventions to maximize patient mobility and function Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and fellow therapists for integrated care Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust plans as necessary Educate patients and families on rehabilitation regimens, progress, and self-care
