Your Role:
As a therapist at EdemaCare, you'll provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the home health setting.
Responsibilities may include:
Conducting clinical assessments and developing individualized treatment plans Providing hands-on treatment and supervising support staff as appropriate Managing patient care, documentation, and ongoing evaluations Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes Offering leadership and expertise in a supportive, clinical environment Maintaining compliance with all state/federal guidelines and infection control standards
Qualifications:
Licensed in Florida as PT, OT, PTA, or COTA 1+ years of experience in home health (experience in lymphedema care is a plus) Valid Driver's License Strong computer/documentation skills Bilingual skills are a plus Lymphedema certification through a LANA-recognized program is a plus
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up at least 30 lbs Ability to work from low surfaces, bend, stoop, squat during patient care Why This is the Right Job for
