Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our home health team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain. Your expertise in anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology will be essential in providing effective patient care. Experience in pediatrics and acute care settings is preferred. Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' medical history and perform physical examinations
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
  • Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility, strength, and coordination
  • Utilize trigger point therapy and other modalities to relieve pain and promote healing
  • Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Skills
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
  • Proficiency in conducting physical examinations and assessments
  • Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans
  • Skilled in therapeutic exercises and techniques for rehabilitation
  • Knowledge of trigger point therapy and other pain management modalities
