Travel-based position in a hospital outpatient setting
Key Qualifications:
Valid Physical Therapy license in the state, or eligibility Clinical experience in a hospital or outpatient therapy setting Demonstrated ability to build rapport with patients and multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities Commitment to ongoing learning and clinical development Strong ethical standards and adherence to patient safety protocols
Core Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and design individualized, functional therapy treatment plans Direct and delegate therapy-specific services for assigned caseload Complete clear, timely medical record documentation that meets regulatory and clinic guidelines Educate patients, families, and peers, and participate in student mentorship as needed Uphold safety protocols—including handling risk, infection control, and work environment standards Plan and pursue professional development in partnership with clinical management Maintain state licensure and pursue ongoing education for compliance
