Job Description

Physical Therapist, PT - Per Diem / PRN The Club Health & Rehabilitation Center at The Villages $5,000 Sign on Bonus for Full-time Join Our Team of Skilled Rehab Professionals The Club Health & Rehabilitation Center at The Villages is currently hiring a Per Diem Physical Therapist to support our in-house subacute rehab team. This flexible opportunity is ideal for a licensed PT who is passionate about patient-centered care and values working in a collaborative, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Provide high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy services Document progress and adjust plans as needed Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to support positive patient outcomes
Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Florida Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing setting preferred Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to delivering exceptional care
