Job Description

Physical Therapist (PT) Skilled Nursing Facility | Full-Time Ready to put your skills to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment? We're looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) who brings energy, compassion, and a team-first mindset to help patients move better, feel stronger, and get back to what they love.
What You'll Do:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Deliver high-quality physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and interdisciplinary team members Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs Track progress and adjust plans of care to achieve optimal outcomes Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the
EMR Qualifications:
Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current Physical Therapist state licensure CPR and BLS certification Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills New graduates are welcome to apply
