Physical Therapist Include:
Plan, organize, and lead our Physical Therapy services in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations Collaborate with nursing, medical staff, and other departments to coordinate high-quality therapy care Develop individualized care plans, implement therapy programs, and monitor resident progress Participate in quality assurance and policy development Maintain accurate records, documentation, and billing in compliance with standards Provide education and communication to residents, families, and staff
