$90 per Eval/DC/Re-Eval Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)! If you have experience with Point Care HCHB, let us know! Duties Assess patients' physical and functional abilities to develop tailored treatment plans that meet their unique needs. Implement therapeutic interventions such as exercises, manual therapy, adaptive equipment training, and activities to promote mobility and independence. Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies to optimize outcomes. Educate patients and their families on exercises, safety techniques, and lifestyle modifications to support ongoing recovery. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans. Document all patient interactions thoroughly in compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies. Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment while adhering to infection control protocols.

Pay:

$55.00 - $90.00 per hour
