Part Time 20hrs/week

Monday-Friday shifts will vary based on clinic need
Location:

Designs and implements a treatment plan of care utilizing practice standards and recommended techniques and modalities, insurance guidelines, and patient's needs. Assesses patient's ability to safely and effectively perform functional mobilty skills, an evaluates muscle, nerve, joint, and integumentary systems. Monitors patient response to and progress in treatment, modifying treatment plan as appropriate. Provides discharge planning assistance and information regarding appropriate selection/use of adaptive equipment and follow-up services. Communicates appropriately and effectively with patients, family, and healthcare professionals within and across care settings and communities.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office [Required]
  • Entry level competency of physical therapy practice, theory, principles, and applications as defined in competency/department policies [Required]
  • Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English [Required]

  • Doctorate [Preferred]
