Job Description

Physical Therapist Join a Team Dedicated to Restoring Independence and Quality of Life We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join a specialized rehabilitation team. This full-time opportunity is ideal for professionals who are passionate about helping individuals improve mobility, regain function, and achieve greater independence following injury or illness. A sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates, up to $5,000. What You'll Do As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with clients experiencing physical limitations that affect their ability to perform daily activities.
Responsibilities include:
Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support optimal rehabilitation outcomes Educate clients and caregivers on treatment goals, exercises, and recovery strategies Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or higher Current state Physical Therapist license in good standing Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Preferred Experience working with individuals recovering from spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, or other neurological conditions Rehabilitation or post-acute care experience Benefits & Perks Competitive compensation package Sign-on bonus for eligible candidates Comprehensive medical benefits Tuition assistance and professional development support Opportunities for career growth within a collaborative rehabilitation environment If you are committed to helping individuals maximize their independence and reach their rehabilitation goals, we encourage you to apply.
