Key Qualifications:
Valid, active state licensure as a Physical Therapist Experience with hospital-based or outpatient therapy preferred Competency in comprehensive patient evaluation and development of individualized treatment plans Familiarity with EMR documentation and compliance standards Strong commitment to safety, quality, and ethical practice Excellent communication and teamwork skillsCore Responsibilities:
