We help promote job satisfaction in the home health setting through tailored scheduling and managing territories to ensure appropriate caseloads and a limited drive time between visits. Our rehab directors are all therapists. Pay range based on visit type. Requirements for this position include the following: Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program Active or pending state physical therapist license Recent graduates encouraged to apply
