This position is ideal for clinicians who value clinical autonomy, manageable caseloads, and a compensation structure that rewards both consistency and performance. ⸻ Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Outpatient Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our growing therapy team. The ideal candidate will evaluate and treat pediatric patients with developmental, neurological, and orthopedic conditions in a collaborative outpatient setting. Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, educating families, and helping children improve strength, mobility, coordination, and functional independence while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
