Physical Therapist Senior Living Therapy Columbus, GA Job Details Part-time | Full-time | PRN $78,000 - $90,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Continuing education credits Health insurance Paid time off Qualifications Assisted living Outpatient Physical Therapy License Clinical documentation Physical therapy Full Job Description Senior Living Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist to join our team serving older adults in senior living communities in and around Columbus, GA. We are open to full-time, part-time, and PRN, so if the right fit means a non-traditional schedule, let's talk. About the Role You will be treating residents right where they live, in independent living, assisted living, and memory care settings. No driving from house to house, no fighting traffic between visits. You walk into the building, see your caseload, and spend your day with people who genuinely look forward to your sessions. The work is geriatric outpatient therapy at its best. Think fall prevention, balance, gait training, post-op recovery, strength and mobility, pain management, and helping people stay independent in the place they have chosen to call home. If you love the older adult population and want to actually have time to listen to your patients, this is the kind of caseload that lets you do that. What You Can Expect From Us We have built this company around the kind of place we ourselves would want to work. That is not a slogan, it is just the plain truth. Real flexibility. We will build a schedule that fits your life, not the other way around. FT, PT, PRN, four tens, mornings only, school-hour schedules. We have done all of it. Competitive pay. We pay our therapists well because we want them to stay. We are happy to talk numbers early in the conversation. A culture that actually feels like one. Small team, no corporate red tape, leadership that answers their phone. If you have a question, an idea, or a problem, you do not have to file a ticket. Clinical support without micromanagement. You are the clinician. We trust you to make clinical decisions, and we have your back on documentation, productivity expectations, and audit defense. A caseload you can be proud of. You will know your patients by name and watch them get better over weeks and months. What We Are Looking For Current Georgia PT license (or eligibility to obtain) Comfort working with the older adult population A team-first attitude (we are small and we lean on each other) Solid documentation habits and an understanding of Medicare Part B is a plus, though we will train the right person New graduates are welcome to apply. Experienced clinicians looking for a softer landing spot after years of high-volume outpatient or SNF work, you will probably love it here. How to Apply Send a resume and a short note to . Tell us a little about what you are looking for in your next role and what kind of schedule fits your life. We read every email personally and will get back to you quickly. We would love to meet you.
