Job Description

Category Therapy - Hospital - PT Job Type Travel Step into a dynamic hospital setting and contribute your expertise in physical therapy to support patients on their road to recovery. This contract opportunity calls for a driven and compassionate professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Qualifications:
Current valid Physical Therapist license Demonstrated experience delivering therapy services in an acute care hospital setting Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and rehabilitation protocols Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills Ability to assess patient needs, establish care plans, and monitor progress Dedication to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and confidentiality
Schedule:
Contract position; specific shifts and duration will be discussed during the interview process
Primary Responsibilities:
Evaluate patient physical function and develop individualized treatment plans Provide hands-on therapy and patient education to maximize mobility, restore function, and alleviate pain Document assessments, interventions, and progress updates in accordance with hospital policies Engage with physicians, nurses, and other team members to coordinate comprehensive care Adjust therapeutic approaches based on ongoing evaluations and patient response Ensure therapy space and equipment are maintained according to safety and hygiene standards
