Location You have the choice to work out of any of the following locations: Cumming, GA Conyers, GA Gainesville/Oakwood, GA Lawrenceville, GA Marietta, GA Riverdale, GA This is an excellent opportunity for a PT who enjoys autonomy, innovation, and leadership potential in a practice that is actively growing. Key Responsibilities Patient Care (Telehealth & In-Person) Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver care primarily via telehealth , with in-person visits for assessments and manual therapy Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes Clinical Leadership Serve as the primary Physical Therapist in the practice Contribute to clinical protocols, workflows, and best practices Support future growth initiatives and potential leadership opportunities Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) Ensure compliance with Georgia state regulations and payer requirements Patient Education Provide guidance on recovery, home exercise programs, and injury prevention Encourage patient engagement and adherence to treatment plans Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program Active Georgia Physical Therapy license (required) Experience in orthopedic or musculoskeletal rehabilitation Personal injury experience preferred (not required) Comfortable using telehealth platforms Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills Strong communication and patient engagement skills Self-starter with excellent clinical judgment Adaptable in a fast-growing, evolving environment Interest in leadership and practice development Benefits Competitive compensation Healthcare stipend Paid time off (PTO) and holidays Continuing education and professional development Opportunity to grow with an expanding practice Why Join Us?
