Physical Therapist

We are a private outpatient practice that specializing in neurologic and orthopedic rehab, offering true 1:1 patient care. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to provide individualized care in a supportive environment, with a strong focus on patient outcomes and professional development. Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one patient care Evaluate and treat patients with neurological and orthopedic conditions Develop and implement personalized treatment plans Track patient progress and adjust care as needed Educate patients and caregivers on recovery and prevention Specialty Focus Neurologic rehabilitation Orthopedic conditions First Step Recovery Model (including CCH training provided) Requirements Licensed Physical Therapist in Georgia (or eligible) Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Passion for patient-centered care New graduates are welcome to apply Benefits 401(k) employer match 3 weeks Paid time off Health insurance , Life insurance Career growth opportunities - Tuition reimbursement
