Key Qualifications:
Valid state license (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist (PT). Prior hospital-based or outpatient therapy experience preferred. Strong clinical reasoning and treatment planning skills. Demonstrated commitment to patient and employee safety. Ability to communicate professionally with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and staff education. Adherence to discipline-specific State Practice Act and continuing education requirements.
Primary Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive patient evaluations, create, and modify treatment plans. Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients. Focus on functional, community-oriented treatment outcomes. Timely and accurate documentation, including assessments, goals, and insurance compliance. Promote a culture of patient and employee safety; follow all safety guidelines. Participate in student mentorship and professional development activities. Uphold organizational mission, core values, and code of conduct.
