Job Description

Ross Memorial Health Care Center is currently seeking Per diem Physical Therapists to join our team .
Essential Duties:
Evaluate the patient's condition, develop a treatment plan and help them get better and self-sufficient. Instruct the nursing staff and the patient's families on follow-through programs that build on the progress they've made. Document patient care under Rehab Care, regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements. Instruct the patient's family or nursing staff in follow-through programs. Communicate patient progress or problems to the supervisor and other team members; assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records. Competently performs effective treatment techniques. Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition. Handle job responsibilities under the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, appropriate professional standards, and applicable state/federal laws.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a skilled nursing facility or inpatient rehab Must have Physical Therapy license valid to practice in
Georgia Pay:
Up to $60.00 per hour
