What You'll Do:
Assess & Plan:
Partner with physicians and patients to create customized treatment plans that align with their goals.Deliver Exceptional Care:
Implement targeted therapy interventions to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and prevent complications.Educate & Empower:
Provide patients and their families with the knowledge and resources needed for continued success.Document & Adapt:
Maintain accurate records and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress. Lead withCompassion:
Foster a positive, encouraging, and collaborative rehabilitation environment.Required Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required.Licenses & Certifications:
Physical Therapist license required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA required.Experience:
Relevant experience in physical therapy is preferred.Skills:
- Strong communication skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Team collaboration abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency.
