What You'll Do Treat 12-14 patients per day, including evaluations Work with a caseload that is ~90% orthopedic, plus post-op and sports rehab patients Create and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate closely with PTs and PTAs in a team-based care model Educate patients and families on recovery and injury prevention Maintain accurate and timely documentation

What We Offer Competitive Salary:

$80,000 - $90,000 (based on experience) Annual Performance Bonuses based on clinic performance and individual metrics 15 Days PTO (accrued each pay period)
