The Physical Therapist assesses, plans, organizes, and participates in rehabilitative programs aimed at improving mobility, relieving pain, increasing strength, and preventing deformities due to disease or injury. Services are provided across the continuum of care in a cost-effective, quality-focused, and customer-oriented manner. Compliance with all regulatory standards is required.

Required Licenses and Certifications:

Physical Therapist license required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA required. DPT Required. Preferred Qualifications
