Job Description

Staff Physical Therapist Marietta and Roswell locations About the Opportunity- Our Recruitment firm has partnered with a specialized outpatient rehabilitation clinic that focuses exclusively on neurologically based physical therapy . This practice works with patients recovering from conditions such as stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson's disease, vestibular disorders, and other complex neurological impairments . If you're passionate about helping patients overcome neurological challenges and want to work in a collaborative, patient-first environment. This is an excellent long-term opportunity. Key Responsibilities Perform detailed evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with neurological diagnoses. Track progress, document treatment outcomes, and adjust care plans as needed. Collaborate with other therapists and clinic staff to ensure an integrated, team-based approach to care. Stay current with neurological rehabilitation advancements and participate in ongoing clinical development. Maintain professional standards and provide compassionate, motivating care to all patients. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in GA, or eligibility for state licensure. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy (MPT) required. Experience in neurological rehabilitation (stroke, SCI, TBI, Parkinson's, vestibular rehab, etc.) strongly preferred. Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage a consistent caseload of patients. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. What's Offered Competitive salary based on experience. Full benefits package (medical, PTO, continuing education reimbursement, and more). Structured mentorship and ongoing clinical training in neurological rehabilitation. Supportive, team-oriented environment where patient care always comes first. Modern facility with advanced rehab equipment and resources. Why This Role Is Special This is not a high-volume, orthopedic-focused setting — it's a neurological specialty practice where you'll have the time and tools to make a real difference. You'll join a team that values compassion, connection, and measurable outcomes over quotas or quick turnarounds. If you're a Physical Therapist who finds fulfillment in helping patients recover movement and independence after life-changing injuries or diagnoses, this clinic is the place to grow your career.
