Join Our Team as a Temp - PT - Home Health (Days) in Beautiful K?ne'ohe, HI! Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in patients' lives? We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapists to join our Home Health team in K?ne'ohe. This rewarding role offers the chance to work in a supportive environment, helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life—all while enjoying the stunning surroundings of Oahu. What You'll Need to
Succeed:
Strong clinical skills with experience in home health settings Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Excellent communication and documentation skills Knowledge of current therapy techniques and protocols Leadership abilities for supervising assistants Valid licensure and certifications in Physical Therapy Nice to
Have:
Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency Prior experience working with diverse patient populations Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Preferred Education & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field At least 1-2 years of experience in home health or outpatient therapy
Other Requirements:
Ability to work independently within a team-oriented environment Willingness to travel within the service area if needed Valid Hawaii state licensure and CPR certification
