Active Iowa State Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred. New graduates optional; client accepts new grads. Experience with evaluation, treatment planning, documentation, and charge entry in an outpatient setting preferred. Ability to complete comprehensive evaluations, write measurable goals, and provide individualized treatment plans. Demonstrated competence in safe patient handling and infection control procedures preferred. Willingness to participate in student supervision and professional development activities preferred.
