Schedule/Hours:
Work as scheduled within the hospital; float within your discipline to local campuses as needed. Orientation starts every Monday. 16 hours of New Beginnings Orientation (NBO). Holiday and on-call opportunities with added compensation multipliers for select shifts.Qualifications/Experience:
Licensed Physical Therapist with hospital-based experience. Competency with EMR—EPIC preferred. Comfort working with an interdisciplinary care team. Flexibility to float across local campuses.Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered therapy in a collaborative hospital environment. Contribute clinical expertise as a member of the interdisciplinary team. Manage care for a diverse patient population. Support care transitions between hospital campuses if needed. Participate in charge or precepting activities, as requested.Benefits & Perks:
