Travel Physical Therapist jobs in Ft. Dodge, IA require at least 1 year of previous PT experience and outpatient experience. Inpatient experience and completion of at least 1 travel contract are preferred.

EPIC EMR

experience is required. You will work 4 days in the outpatient clinic and 1 day in acute care, with the option to cover 1-2 acute weekends for ortho, neuro, and safety discharge patients. Responsibilities include assessing and treating patients, developing individualized plans, and collaborating with the care team. Ft. Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history

References:

1 Reference in entire work history OP experience required, however, IP experience is encouraged due to working 1 day/week in Acute Care
