Schedule/Hours:

Orientation every Monday (Weekly starts)

NBO:

16 hours Required to work 1-2 of 3 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day) On-call assignments and occasional holiday coverage per department needs

Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapist eligible to practice in Iowa Recent hospital-based PT experience strongly preferred Willingness to float within the PT discipline across local campuses Must reside more than 60 miles from Humboldt, IA (local candidates are not permitted) Proficiency with EMR systems (EPIC preferred) Strong teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Deliver patient-centered physical therapy as part of a multidisciplinary team Assess and develop tailored treatment plans for diverse patient populations Accurately document care in EMR (using EPIC) Participate in on-call, holiday, or charge/precept coverage as scheduled Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
