Founded in 2022, Revive is a growing cash-based physical therapy and wellness practice specializing in pelvic floor, core, orthopedic, pregnancy/postpartum, and women's health services. We provide one-on-one care in a supportive, welcoming environment where therapists have the time and freedom to truly connect with patients and create lasting change. You will have the opportunity to: Treat patients one-on-one Develop meaningful relationships with clients Work alongside a collaborative team of women who genuinely support one another Receive mentorship and continued training Practice whole-person healthcare instead of chasing productivity metrics Have autonomy and flexibility while still feeling supported Help build and shape the future of a growing practice Our team culture values: Collaboration over competition Growth mindset and lifelong learning Compassion and hospitality Work-life balance Clinical excellence Open communication and mutual respect Position Overview This position can be structured as either: Part-Time Approximately 15-20 patient care hours per week Flexible scheduling options Full-Time Approximately 28-32 patient care hours per week Opportunity to grow caseload and specialty services This role will primarily involve treating pelvic health and orthopedic patients, with opportunities to further develop specialty interests and clinical expertise. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver high-quality one-on-one patient care Treat patients using a whole-body, functional approach Educate patients regarding movement, exercise, lifestyle, and long-term wellness strategies Utilize manual therapy and therapeutic exercise interventions Collaborate with other providers and team members Complete timely and accurate documentation Participate in team meetings, mentorship, and professional development opportunities Contribute to a positive patient experience and clinic culture Assist with community outreach, workshops, or educational events as desired Preferred QualificationsRequired Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) in Iowa (or eligible for licensure) Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Desire to provide exceptional patient-centered care Growth mindset and willingness to learn Highly Desired Interest in pelvic floor and women's health Experience treating pelvic floor dysfunction Completion of Pelvic Floor Level 1 coursework Dry Needling Certification Experience with orthopedic and manual therapy treatment Interest in pregnancy, postpartum, and women's health populations Candidates with strong orthopedic backgrounds and a desire to learn pelvic health are encouraged to apply.
