Responsibilities Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver high-quality one-on-one patient care Treat patients using a whole-body, functional approach Educate patients regarding movement, exercise, lifestyle, and long-term wellness strategies Utilize manual therapy and therapeutic exercise interventions Collaborate with other providers and team members Complete timely and accurate documentation Participate in team meetings, mentorship, and professional development opportunities Contribute to a positive patient experience and clinic culture Assist with community outreach, workshops, or educational events as desired Preferred QualificationsRequired Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) in Iowa (or eligible for licensure) Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Desire to provide exceptional patient-centered care Growth mindset and willingness to learn Highly Desired Interest in pelvic floor and women's health Experience treating pelvic floor dysfunction Completion of Pelvic Floor Level 1 coursework Dry Needling Certification Experience with orthopedic and manual therapy treatment Interest in pregnancy, postpartum, and women's health populations Candidates with strong orthopedic backgrounds and a desire to learn pelvic health are encouraged to apply.
