Core Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services to hospitalized patients Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team Contribute clinical knowledge and participate in care planning and management Document patient progress efficiently using

EPIC EMR

Take part in various on-call responsibilities, charge/precepting as needed
